The Darbuka Dance Light is a small device which should installed into your Darbuka / Doumbek in about 4 seconds. It runs on four (4) AAA batteries and gives a different lights according to your strokes and according to your settings (different settings for "Doom & Tac strokes"). Available setting colors are: Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Magenta, Cyan, White, and Random. Once you installed it inside your darbuka
